Purchase can only be effected with a prepayment via PayPal or with a direct bank transfer.
Orders not paid for within 7 days from the day following the day of placement will be cancelled. In the case of payment issued after this date, it should be advised by email to the following address: info@babymaga.com



All prices are in euro and include VAT. The price quoted does not include shipping nor any custom duties or import costs.
The price of the product is binding for the two parties at the beginning of the processing of the order.
We reserve the right to change prices, introduce promotional campaigns and sales, as well as to make changes in those.



Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, 9-16 hrs.
Order delivery time is counted from the moment of the confirmation of the properly executed bank transfer and may take up to 7 days unless otherwise stated on the product or agreed with the client individually.
Products are reserved for order for the period of 7 days. If by that time payment is not credited to MAGA account, products will be unblocked for other orders.
Order delivery time does not include shipping times.
If the order includes products of different status availability, all ordered products will be shipped once the entire order is completed.
In case of unavailability of the ordered product, the client is informed of this fact and decides on how to proceed with the rest of the order.

Priority mail is the cheapest way to ship worldwide. This does not include tracking or insurance but if you prefer, you may contact us before purchasing and ask for certified mail, and we will arrange for different shipping and revise the shipping cost.

For orders for more than 1,000 euro, shipping is free of charge in UE countries (relates to individuals, non businesses).



Please note that orders of handmade items need more time be processed. Should the client like to order an item that is not in stock, delivery time has to be defined.
In the case of handmade embroidery, products may vary sligthly from item to item.



Once delivered, the item can only be exchanged for the same item in a different size, provided the desired size is still available. In case of unavailability of the desired size, the item can be exchanged for a different product of the same price. A complaint is processed based on the receipt / VAT invoice within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Products are only accepted for exchange provided the item was not used, it is not damaged and is originally packed.
A complaint may be considered based on the product returned along with a purchase confirmation and a damages protocol written down by the messenger at the time of delivery.
The costs of transport of the products returned for exchange by the customer are covered by the customer, or in case of a gross fault in product quality, by Maga.
Rescission from contract is only waived in the case of special orders and handmade embroidery items.



We do not share customer information with the third parts.
The customer has the right to access, correct and request to cease the use of their personal data in accordance with the Law “On Personal Data Protection” dated August 29, 1997.
